Business needs analysis
Sometimes the most challenging task is to identify correctly what the organisation needs and why. We offer business and training needs analysis to help with that process. This service is usually based on an hourly or per person rate.
If we meet you to discuss training and development for an individual or team we will also automatically carry out a limited free business and training needs analysis with you. We need to ensure that we understand your business and individual’s training needs to enable us to deliver a product or service that will add value and deliver an impact for you. If delivering customised training for you, we will usually expect that the trainer can discuss the training with you as well and probably carry out a site visit beforehand.
